Refund and Return Policy

• Standard customers: 14 days from delivery
• EU customers: 14 days from delivery (as per EU Consumer Rights Directive)

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

• Food products and perishable goods
• Opened or used spices, salts, and seasonings
• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide return authorization and instructions
4. Returns are processed through our fulfillment partners - you will receive specific return shipping instructions based on your location

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment

• Once we receive and inspect your return (5-7 business days), we will notify you of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
• Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact shop@spicenslicemarket.com immediately with photos
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
• Return shipping will be covered by us
