These ancient salt deposits formed over 250 million years ago. The Khewra mine is the world's second-largest salt mine. Each salt plate is hand-carved from solid blocks of this ancient, mineral-rich salt. XS Size Specifications Measures 20cm x 10cm x 2.5cm (approximately 8" x 4" x 1"). The 2.5cm thickness provides adequate heat retention while being manageable in size. Ideal for single servings of fish, small steaks, vegetables, and appetizers. Heating & Cooking Methods Can be heated on gas stoves, grills, or in ovens. Heat gradually — start on low heat and increase slowly over 15–20 minutes to prevent cracking.
